RETURN AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Galley Direct LLC & its distributors make a great effort to ensure that your orders are shipped correctly. As soon as your order arrives at your shipping location, please check that all items have arrived and check each item for any defect and/or damages immediately.
Color Disclaimer: We make every effort to show products with their true colors and often provide additional images. Due to various factors such as lighting, photography and monitor differences, colors may vary slightly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
While we make great efforts to ensure your merchandise arrives safely, accidents sometimes happen. If you receive defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during shipment, please e-mail us within 30 days of your initial order date, and we will process your claim immediately. To begin the claim process, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and include a digital photo of the damaged or defective item. In the event where damaged or defective merchandise must be returned, we will mail you a pre-paid return label so you may return the item with no out-of-pocket expenses.
Please note: For insurance claim filing, we cannot accept claims after 30 days of your order date. Orders shipped with expedited shipping will be re-sent with free expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is nonrefundable.
To return an item for credit or replacement, e-mail us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return merchandise authorization. We will notify you once a return merchandise authorization number is obtained and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Items being returned must be returned in its original packaging. Non-defective merchandise will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees cannot be refunded or adjusted for non-defective returns.
Bulk Orders - Non-Defective Returns
Bulk orders (Quantity of 5 or more on a specific item) are not eligible for return.
INCOMPLETE OR WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
We strive to ensure that your package arrives safe and undamaged, so we ask that customers review all order details before processing an order on our site to ensure the items arrive to their destination. If an incomplete or wrong shipping address was provided, and the package is returned to us, a refund will be applied minus a 20% restocking fee for the products and the originating shipping cost.
In order for us to provide expedited service, we do not allow order cancellations or modifications. Before placing orders, please verify that you have confirmed your shipping address, merchandise items, quantities and shipping method.
Orders are submitted to our warehouse immediately after placement to ensure items are shipped in a timely manner. In the event we are able to cancel an order, there is a 5% cancellation fee of your order total, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: If your order needs to be updated to a different address, we may be able to intercept and re-route the package with the shipping vendor. There is a $15.00 intercept fee for this service. This option also applies to refused deliveries. Please note that this service is not guaranteed.
